No-rinse formula wipes-on and wipes-off to prepare high gloss and other hard to stick to surfaces for repainting or refinishing. Unique formula is designed to help new paint and varnish bond to old finishes. Works with all paints, varnishes, lacquers and polyurethanes including oil-based coatings.
