    This is the 9 tray Excalibur Food Dehydrator model without the timer built in, but in this bundle, a 24 hour timer is included to make up for it so it turns on and off at the right time - set it and forget it. Make jerky of any meat you like, fruit leathers, dehydrated fruit,

    This unit was cleaned by myself and it looks to be in great shape - I don't smell any odors.
