They were Made Special to commemorate the Millennium & were only available NYE show!!! Towards the end of the show they were shot out of a cannon type device placed on the  right & left of the stage! They only made it to the first 4 rows or so & if you were at the show you know what I'm talking about theses are what you saw!!
