Description

This unit consist of the M2 Illuma System-Quartz with bench with a dual light source on each side.  Also included is the Slide Duplicator (137-40) and three extra Quartz Lamps.  All components are in excellent working condition.
The Illuma Systm vertical camera stands is one of the most comprehensive instruments offered in their class, featuring a 14 x 17 illuminator in the baseboard with the same light source as the sidelights for superb color balance.
Lighting is exceptionally even whether using base or side lighting, assuring critical reproduction.
The base illuminator accepts colored filters for special background
effects. This system is equipped with dual lights sources on each side.
This model features High/Low switching of all lights, controlled by the built-in control console.
The “Low” position runs the lights at reduced output, ample for focusing and composition.
For the actual exposure, a flip of a switch brings the lights instantly to full output and correct color temperature.
This technique conserves energy, extending lamp life, and protects delicate subject materials.
The base illuminator is forced air cooled, keeping the surface cool for delicate materials or specimens.
