2. Soak in lemonade or salt water for 5 minutes

4. The temperature is 58-68 degrees, the drying time is 10-20 minutes
Dried meat steps:
1. The whole piece of meat is boned, and then cut into thin slices of 5mm or less for cooking
2. Evenly spread on the drying plate
3. The temperature is open 70 degrees, drying for 6-10 hours
