1986 Goebel-Walt Disney Beach "Donald Duck" Ceramic Figurine- Signed Collectible

VINTAGE Collectible Figurine from 1986.
Copyright stamped "Walt Disney Productions", made in West Germany by Goebel.
Also on the bottom:  signed either "sa 86" or  "ra 86" + Numbered "17 228 08"
Condition:
Figurine has no damage: no marks, no nicks or chips in the ceramic.  However, there are several spots where the paint has flaked off on the shark's fin (Please see last pictures.)  Since there is no damage to the ceramic, the flaked paint might be touched up by an artist.
Previously displayed only in a glass-enclosed bookshelf.
